Writing about Applye?

Everything you need is on this page: a boilerplate description you may quote, a fact sheet, and brand assets. For interviews or questions, reach the author directly - there is no PR agency in between.

Boilerplate

Applye is an open-source, local-first desktop app for an AI-powered job search. It scores job descriptions against a candidate's profile, tailors the CV per role, drafts cover letters and follow-ups, and tracks the pipeline - entirely on the user's machine, with no account and no telemetry. Users bring the AI they already pay for; every submission remains a human decision. It works in any country, and handles the paperwork that differs between them - including the German Eigenbemühungen report, a legacy of the author's own job search in Germany. It is MIT-licensed and free.

Brand assets

Download the press kit (ZIP, 1.1 MB): the wordmark for light and dark backgrounds, the app icon and bare symbol in both themes, three product screenshots and the hero banner, with a usage note. The screenshots are of the running application against an invented demo profile - no real person, employer, or job posting appears in any of them. Please do not stretch, recolor, or add effects to the wordmark.
